Apart from the base materials used in foam manufacturing we also provide a range of PU additives to maximize the potential of your manufacturing.
These surfactants assist the process in flexible and rigid foam manufacturing in four ways:
•    Improve the compatibility of the raw materials
•    Dispersing the inlet gas
•    Prevention of coalescence
•    Stabalising bubbles

The choice of the final product is dependent on the application.
Finally we have silicone release agents for rigid foam applications to assist in smooth release of the final product.
